For more than 14 years, I've helped founders, creators, A-list talent, and leading media companies launch and grow podcasts that drive audience, impact, and revenue. From positioning and go-to-market strategy to distribution, partnerships, operations, and monetization, I turn great content into sustainable businesses.
Today, I lead the audio and podcast business at FOX Sports, overseeing strategic partnerships with Spotify, Apple, Amazon Music, and other major platforms. I manage the relationships that expand distribution, unlock growth opportunities, secure editorial support, and maximize the reach of FOX Sports' audio portfolio.

Built Melrose Podcasts' entire commercial infrastructure from scratch — creating sponsorship packages and campaign frameworks for 18+ shows, translating brand objectives into authentic integrations across audio, YouTube, and social.

The Challenge
TMZ was an established media brand but had no presence in podcasting. The task: build a full audio network from zero — no marketing budget, no internal podcast infrastructure, and an organization that needed to be educated on the value of audio.
The Solution
Leveraged TMZ's existing O&O inventory across TV, social, digital, and editorial. Built the TMZ Audio website, launched a YouTube simulcast channel, established platform partnerships with Spotify (ML-targeted banners), Apple (2-week exclusivity), and Audacy. Executed 25+ cross-promos with 8 networks including CNN, Condé Nast, Sony, and Crooked Media. Generated 2M+ media impressions and secured coverage in Podnews.
Reporting & Operations
Built templatized, automated reporting dashboards tracking downloads, listener growth, revenue, and platform share — delivering monthly performance reports to leadership and enabling data-driven content and strategy decisions across the network.

Spotlight: Joel Klatt Show — Spotify Growth
Executed a deliberate platform-first strategy that repositioned Spotify from a secondary distributor to the show's primary listening destination. Enabled video on Spotify — FOX Sports was the first publisher to activate video on Spotify — shifting consumption from downloads to streams. Leveraged 22x editorial features and 9x ML-targeted banners in 2025.
